Domestic & International Shipping is set at checkout.
We aim to send your order straight away but on some occasions it may take a couple of days to process, package and post as we are a small team more likely to be in the workshop than the warehouse. Bear with us and we promise it will be worth the wait! Our first 150 eCUB kits will begin shipping early December in time for Christmas.
All international goods are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid meaning that customs and import duties may be applied by your local Customs & Excise upon arrival. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary from country to country. Unfortunately we can’t offer guidance on duties or taxes and recommend that you contact your local Customs Office for details.
eCUB kits are send in 3 separate packages, 1 containing the electric motor, controller, rims plus some electronics, a second contains all other items except the battery. The battery will arrive in its own package. The first two packages should arrive around at the same time while the battery may take slightly longer.
Payment and Sales Tax
All payments for products and delivery are made in USD. All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery are inclusive of any applicable Sales Tax. The total price you pay for products and delivery is always the same, regardless of whether or not Sales Tax is chargeable on the sale.
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you wish to return an item please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will accept returns of goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (return shipping costs will not be refunded). Items should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.
Kits & Parts
We provide a 1-year factory warranty on our motors, controllers, batteries & BMS (battery management systems). All other parts are non-refundable but if you have an issue please feel free to get in touch and we will try our hardest to sort it out for you.
For all returns please ensure you choose an appropriate courier and obtain proof of postage as Shanghai Customs cannot be liable for any goods lost in transit. Please also provide us with the scheduled delivery date, courier and tracking number so that we can make sure we are at the workshop to receive the delivery.
If your item is damaged please email us at email@example.com stating your order reference number and including photos of both the product and the packaging. A refund is only available if you provide us with evidence of the damaged packaging.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will send you a confirmation email and refund authorization. Refunds can take up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods.
